Sesame sashimi skewer with cherry tomatoes and spicy mint noodles

Main courses
Ingredients for Tuna:
800 g tuna in chunks2 ml soy sauce2 ml water1 cm ginger root1 small onion, cut in julienne1 chalot, chopped
Ingredients for noodles and sauce:
1 pkg rice noodles, cooked1/2 ml lemon juice1/2 ml soy sauce1/2 tooth of garlic, chopped1 ml grape seed oil1/2 ml virgin olive oil100 g chantarell mushrooms, roastedCherry tomatoes, baked

Marinate the tuna. Mix all the ingredients for the tuna together and let chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Then prepare the noodles and sauce, mixing all the ingredients, except the grape seed oil, olive oil and mushrooms. Once well mixed, add the oils little by little and then add the mushrooms in their juice.

Skewer the tuna and place on a plate. On one side of the skewer, arrange the baked cherry tomatoes. On the other, arrange the noodles.
